Lauraine Bifulco

Lauraine Bifulco has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the field of HR outsourcing as the President of Vantaggio HR since 1994. In this role, they and their team work closely with clients from various industries, providing customized HR plans and acting as an extension of their HR departments. Lauraine is known for their ability to adapt to different work environments and quickly gain knowledge of each client's business.

In addition to their work at Vantaggio HR, Lauraine has also held various speaking roles for organizations such as the Northern California Human Resources Association, SHRM, American Payroll Association, Western Food and Hospitality Expo, Ultimate Software, California CPA Association, Professionals In Human Resources Association, and California Staffing Professionals Association. These roles have allowed their to share their expertise in HR with a wide range of audiences.

Lauraine Bifulco has pursued their education in the field of language and literature. Lauraine studied French Language and Literature at Wellesley College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Additionally, they have a background in English Literature and Linguistics from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Lauraine has also obtained certifications as a SHRM Recertification Provider from SHRM in June 2022.
