Victoria Pier

Victoria Pier is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Vante since December 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria held similar HR Generalist positions at Lucid Motors and Tractor Supply Distribution, as well as HR Generalist roles at Badger Mining Corporation and Hudbay Minerals Inc. Victoria's career in HR began with a focus on corporate staffing at ASARCO and has included roles at Volt Workforce Solutions and Arizona Capacitors, Inc. Beginning in 2006, Victoria gained foundational HR experience at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. Victoria is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Western Governors University, having obtained a high school diploma from Flowing Wells High.
