Frank Leffelaar

Frank Leffelaar is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the Agri-Tech and Food-Tech sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Aligned Interests since June 2017, where Frank actively shapes a vibrant investor and founder community. In addition, Frank is an Innovation Advisor at Bioenterprise Canada, an Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada, and has held various mentorship and advisory roles across multiple initiatives including agriNEXT and Earth Tech. As the Founder and CEO of Crush Marketing Inc., Frank specializes in business and marketing strategy for agri-food tech clients. Active in angel investing through VANTEC Angel Network and AgFunder, Frank also mentors startups at SFU VentureLabs and Cultivator powered by Conexus. Frank holds a degree in Business Administration from Regent's University London and a recent certificate in Board Governance from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
