Ami Shafir

Ami Shafir has worked in the data science field since 2010. In that time, they have held roles at four different companies. At G-STAT, they served as a System Analyst from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked at Harel Insurance & Finance as a Data Scientist and Product Manager from 2012 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to Seegnal as a Data Scientist and, most recently, they have been a Data Science Team Lead at Vanti Analytics since 2020.

Ami Shafir obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2010. In 2011, they earned a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Haifa. In 2016, they attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education for Strategic Management. Currently, they are enrolled in a M.Sc. program in Industrial Engineering at Tel Aviv University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
