Nurin Nadiah Sj

Nurin Nadiah SJ currently serves as the Head HR Business Partner for Drilling at Sapura Energy Berhad since August 2025. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at PETRONAS from May 2007 to August 2025, where roles encompassed Senior Manager positions in HR Business Partner Technology Digital Commercialisation, People Strategy & Planning, and Procurement Planning, among others. Prior to PETRONAS, Nurin worked as a Senior Executive in Corporate Planning at Amanah Raya Berhad and as an Executive in Technopreneurship Development at Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC). Academically, Nurin holds a Bachelor of Corporate Administration (hons.) with a major in Company Secretarial from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
