Andy Wilson

Andy Wilson is an experienced general manager currently holding positions at Five Guys Europe and Vapiano since May and October 2023, respectively. Prior to these roles, Andy was the general manager at Byron for a brief period in 2022. Andy's career includes significant positions such as restaurant supply chain and stocks manager and restaurant operations support manager at Dobbies Garden Centres, venue manager at Fore Play Crazy Golf, and area manager at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Andy also has a background in management at Nandos and The Restaurant Group. Andy holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, obtained in 2008.
