Ewa Hołowczak's work experience includes serving as the Head of HR at Vapiano starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AmRest from 2006 to 2021, holding various roles such as the Global Talent & Organization Development Director, Compensations Benefits & Employee Relations Manager CE, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Recruitment & People Development Specialist.

Ewa Hołowczak obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in the years 2002 to 2007. Ewa also pursued studies in Human Resources - People Management in Business at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw from 2007 to 2008.
