Danguole Altman has over 35 years of experience in the health care industry. Danguole began their career in 1985 as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, where they worked with senior management of 8 major US firms to make substantial performance improvements in their business. In 1990, they became the Associate Director of Managed Care Contracting at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, where they were responsible for $80M in managed care contracts and renegotiated a primary capititated contract with a large HMO. In 1993, they were the Executive Director of Managed Care Networks at HCA Healthcare, where they designed and implemented physician affiliation and managed care strategy for 25+ hospitals in HCA's Western Division. In 1994, they became the CEO of Obstetrical and Gynecological Associates, PA. In 1996, they founded FemPartners, Inc., a physician practice management company focused on women's health care. Danguole quadrupled the number of physicians from 20 to 80 and tripled revenue to approximately $60M in practice revenues. In 2006, they co-founded Vapogenix Inc. and served as President and CEO. Danguole drove the company's strategy, built a successful drug development team, led the company's product development from initial patent/discovery to Phase 2 clinical stage, and raised over $18M. In 2019, they became Partner at Newport LLC, a unique national business advisory firm that offers experience-based, client-centric solutions. Danguole also became President and CEO of Cx Precision Medicine, Inc.
Danguole Altman holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
