Gustavo Serrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand development and retail operations within the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Developer at Vapor Apparel since July 2010, Gustavo has demonstrated expertise in CRM and the Microsoft Dynamic Sales Platform, achieving a consistent 20% annual business growth while effectively managing customer orders and identifying new market opportunities. Previously, Gustavo co-founded and managed two successful boutiques, Suite Sole and B'ZAR Boutique, focusing on merchandise selection, customer service, and marketing strategies. From June 1995 to November 2004, Gustavo served as Fashion Editor for Stuff Magazine, coordinating wardrobe and styling for editorials and attending major fashion events. Gustavo holds a BA in Fashion Merchandising from the International Fine Arts College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
