Rachel R. has over 10 years of professional experience. Rachel began their career in 2011 as an Event Planner/Logistics Coordinator at Worthington Industries, where they were responsible for MRO assistance with purchase orders, maintenance of credit card statements, requisitions, receiving, etc. In 2014, they joined Aleris as a Senior Buyer and Buyer, where they were responsible for improving scorecard excellence of largest national MRO supplier, pursuing cost avoidance by soliciting pricing bids/quotes, and executing against category strategies set by Senior Procurement Management. In 2017, Rachel joined L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Buyer. Currently, they work at Vapor IO as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and Procurement Manager.

Rachel R. graduated from Xavier University in 2019 with a Masters of Business (MBA). Prior to that, they graduated from Cleveland State University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
