Alice Wrede

Alice Wrede has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Before that, they gained valuable experience at Sitel, where they served as the Teamlead Recruiting Berlin/Potsdam and focused on building an effective recruiting team, providing innovative hiring solutions, and establishing strong partnerships.

Alice's work experience also includes roles at Deutsche Bahn, where they gained experience in recruiting and employer branding as a working student in a dual study program.

Alice Wrede's education history begins in 2010 when they attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Alice pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Service Management, completing their studies in 2013. In 2013, Alice Wrede continued their education at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Labour- and Human Resources Management. Alice completed their master's program in 2016. In 2014, Alice Wrede also had the opportunity to study at California State University in Long Beach for a semester abroad, focusing on Human Resources.
