Sila A.

Sila A. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sila currently holds the position of Director of Digital Business Operations at Vapotherm, where they serve as a key enabler of the business strategy, connecting the product team, cross-functional operations teams, and the finance organization. Prior to this, Sila served as the Director of Regulatory and Quality at Vapotherm Access, where they guided executives on business operations for developing remote patient monitoring products and services. Sila also held the position of Director of Product Design, leading UI/UX designs and QA controls for a mobile medical application that was acquired by a publicly traded company. Earlier in their career, Sila served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sleep Specialists, LLC, where they commercialized a class II medical device and implemented strategic business plans. Sila also served as a QVC Account Administrator at Atasay, conducting relationship-marketing and managing international staff, and as an Associate Content Producer at QVoyager Istanbul, providing high-level assistance to the Content Producer and Director of Photography.

Sila A. has a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University. Sila also attended Bilkent University Preparatory School where they completed the International Baccalaureate program with Merit. Additionally, Sila obtained a Regulatory Affairs Certificate in Medical Devices from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
