Mari Sande Kjønnerød

Mari Sande Kjønnerød has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Associate at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt. Mari Sande then worked as a Counsel at BP from July 2011 to March 2013. After that, they joined Eni Norge AS as an Advokat/Legal advisor from April 2013 to December 2018. Following this, they held various roles at Vår Energi, including Senior Legal Counsel/Assistant Board Secretary from December 2018 to December 2019, Management Advisor to the CEO from January 2020 to January 2021, and Quality & HSE Performance Manager from January 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Mari is working at Vår Energi as the VP Health & Environment, a position they have held since November 2022.

Mari Sande Kjønnerød obtained their Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen (UiB) between 2003 and 2008. In 2007, they also took International Law courses at UNSW. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they completed a yearly course (grunnfag) in Sociology at the University of Stavanger.
