Martin Slee

Principle Technical Safety Engineer Balder Future Project at Vår Energi

Martin Slee has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning over several decades. Martin began their career in 1986 as a Fire Protection Engineer at Ginge Kerr AS Kuwait. After that, they worked at Norske Shell for two years in a role related to Draugen Operations in Kristiansund. In 2005, Slee joined Fabricom AS as the Department Lead for Safety and Environmental, a position they held until 2010. Martin then transitioned to ENI Norge, where they served as the Technical Safety Responsible for the Goliat FPSO Project from 2010 to 2014. Following this, Slee joined Inpex as a Senior Technical Safety Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Martin then moved on to Eni Norge AS, where they worked as a Senior Technical Safety Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Slee is employed at Vår Energi as the Principle Technical Safety Engineer for the Balder Future Project, starting in December 2018.

Martin Slee attended Sale Grammar from 1972 to 1977. Martin then went on to study at Salford College of Technology from 1978 to 1981, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
