Oddvar Ims is currently working at Vår Energi as a Project Manager for the Balder Grane Electrification project. Prior to their current role, Oddvar has also worked as an R&D Manager at Vår Energi and as an EICT lead at Eni Norge AS. Oddvar pursued their education at South Dakota Mines from 1995 to 1997.
