Mostafa Mogahed

Mostafa Mogahed has worked in various roles since 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Xceed, where they followed up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution, resolved escalated issues by serving as subject matter expert on wide-ranging issues related to VDSL/ADSL problems, and resolved issues with systems, hardware and telephones quickly and accurately. In 2020, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Bosla, where they planned and supervised shipments from production to end-user and scheduled daily and weekly routes, tracked orders and notified customers of status or potential delays, and coordinated shipping requests for expedited delivery and documented accurately to achieve correct billing. In 2021, they worked as an Operational Specialist at ARPU Telecommunication Services (ArpuPlus), where they managed more than 100 accounts, analyzed compotators to know their SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), created content for Esaal for social media platforms and SMS advertising, and planned to increase experts’ performance through (training and convincing them to decrease their prices). Most recently, they have worked at both Vara and IHD since 2023 as a Business Development Specialist.

Mostafa Mogahed has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment from Cairo University, which they obtained between 2018 and 2022.
