Daniel Leon

Daniel Leon has extensive experience in strategic development and customer service, currently serving as a Utvecklingsstrateg at Varbergs kommun since October 2017. In this role, Daniel leads the Digitaliseringsenheten, focusing on coordinated digitalization efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Kundansvarig for the IT department, where Daniel acted as the main contact for strategic and tactical issues. Daniel also held the position of Enhetschef at Varberg Direkt, establishing a communal customer service following over a decade at Swedbank, where roles included Affärschef for Digital support and general Banking Sales. Daniel's early career involved coordinating a sponsor village for Biathlon Events AB and instructing skiing, which strengthened skills in customer communication. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Mid Sweden University, with ongoing education in Developing Leadership at Försvarshögskolan.
