Tal Ganani

Tal Ganani is Global Funds Counsel. His responsibilities include managing legal matters related to the formation, marketing and financing of the firm’s private funds and accounts. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2017. 

Prior to joining Värde, Tal was a vice president and assistant general counsel at Goldman Sachs, advising the firm’s Investment Banking Division. Prior to that he was an associate in the Capital Markets group at White & Case LLP in New York.  Prior to his legal career, Tal served as Assistant Military Attaché at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, DC and as a communications officer in the Israel Defense Forces.

Tal is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
