Rajan Jindal

Rajan Jindal has extensive experience working in various positions at Vardhman Textiles. RAJAN started as an Executive Trainee/Officer in 2000 and worked their way up to become an Officer/Executive in Corporate Finance & Accounts, where they handled general accounts for three Group companies. In 2008, they became a Production Planning Control Manager, responsible for overseeing production planning and control. In 2011, they were promoted to Head of Central Production Planning, where they optimized production capacities and handled daily production for multiple locations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Raw Materials Sourcing, overseeing both Cotton and Man-Made Fibers worth around Rs. 3000 crores annually.

Rajan Jindal's education history began in 1992 when they attended Lancer's Convent School in Delhi and obtained their Matric degree with a focus on General Studies. In 1994, they enrolled in ISCOT and earned a Diploma in Computer Applications, acquiring basic computer skills. From 1995 to 1998, Rajan Jindal attended D.M.College in Moga, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce. Afterward, they joined Panjab University from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Master of Finance & Control degree. In 2019, Rajan Jindal completed a Leadership Development Program in Organizational Leadership at the Centre for Creative Leadership.
