Jim Von Der Linden is a Partner at Vardis in Boston. Jim has over 20 years of experience in executive search and assessment, specializing in the technology and manufacturing industries.

Jim began their career in human resources at VERSYSS in 1992. In 1994, they joined Pendleton James & Associates as a Partner. Jim was with the company for six years, during which time they became a leading executive recruiter in the technology and venture capital fields.

In 2000, Jim left Pendleton James to join Whitehead Mann as a Partner. Jim spent two years with the company, during which time they helped build their technology and venture practices. In 2002, Jim left Whitehead Mann to co-found Mainstay Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused on senior-level executive searches. Jim was with Mainstay for ten years, during which time the company became one of the leading executive search firms in the country.

In 2012, Jim left Mainstay Partners to join Vardis as a Partner. Jim is currently responsible for leading Vardis' technology practice.

Jim Von Der Linden's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Anselm College and attendance at New Hampton Prepatory School.
