Neal Nottrott

Neal Nottrott has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to 2018. Neal has worked in various roles and companies, starting with their role as an Electronic Warfare Officer and Division Officer in the US Navy from 1998 to 2000. Neal then joined the Fleet Information Warfare Center as an Operations Planner from 2002 to 2005.

Neal returned to the US Navy and held multiple positions, including Cryptologic Resource Coordinator and Vice Commander / Executive Officer from 2005 to 2009. Neal then joined NIOC Maryland as the Chief of the Resource Management Division, managing personnel and executing multi-million dollar portfolios from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, Neal became the Deputy Director of Information Operations in the US Navy, where they directed teams supporting operational planning efforts for various commands. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Director of Current Operations at Fleet Cyber Command / C10F, overseeing the defense and operation of Navy networks and systems.

Neal then transitioned to the KeyW Corporation in 2016, where they served as a Program Manager, managing contractor personnel and developing project plans until 2018. In the same year, they joined Varen Technologies as a Cyber Operations Planner, providing planning support and developing detailed plans and orders for cyberspace operations.

Most recently, Neal joined SilverEdge Government Solutions in 2018 as a Planner, where they continue to utilize their planning skills and contribute to the organization.

Neal Nottrott obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in System Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School, attending from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Greenville University. Neal also holds a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
