Steven Hensley

Steven Hensley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven most recently worked at Varex Imaging Corporation, starting in March 2020, where they held the positions of Vice President Finance and Vice President, Finance, FP&A and Investor Relations.

Prior to their time at Varex Imaging Corporation, Steven worked at Air Products for a significant portion of their career. From January 2017 to March 2020, they served as the Director of Finance, Global Industrial Gases, where they were responsible for all financial and accounting responsibilities for a global, $800MM large equipment manufacturing, services, and support business. Before that, from December 2015 to January 2017, Steven was the Transition Manager for the Versum Materials Spin Off. In this role, they led a team of over 30 senior corporate managers to ensure operational readiness for the spin off. This effort resulted in significant financial gains for Air Products. Prior to that, from December 2011 to December 2016, they were the Director of FP&A, Treasury, overseeing the global finance plan process and providing strategic analysis to the Board of Directors, CFO, and Investor Relations. From November 2008 to December 2011, Steven served as the Global Electronic Materials Controller, responsible for all global financial, accounting, and controlling activities for a $600MM/yr specialty materials business. Steven also held roles as the Global Electronics Tonnage Controller from November 2006 to October 2008 and as the Electronic Chemicals Controller from August 2003 to November 2006.

Steven's career at Air Products began in June 1999 as a Financial Analyst, a role they held until June 2003.

Prior to joining Air Products, from September 1995 to August 1998, Steven worked as a Research Scientist at TechLab, Inc.
