Coneisha Ware

Coneisha Ware is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, process improvement, and leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Vari since July 2022, Coneisha previously held multiple roles at Pacific Dental Services, including Process Improvement Specialist - Lead and Contact Center Supervisor. Additional experience includes a position as a Research Analyst at MedSynergies and a Site Supervisor role at Trinity Management Group, Inc., where Coneisha represented major companies like DIRECTV and AT&T. Coneisha also has coaching experience with i9 Sports and leadership experience as the Undergraduate Chapter President for Alpha Lambda Omega Christian Sorority, Inc. Coneisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a double minor in Business and African American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
