Prior to joining Varian, Conner held many leadership positions of increasing responsibility at large-cap, mid-sized and start-up companies, including Baxter, CeloNova, Teleflex, MAQUET Cardiovascular, Boston Scientific and Guidant. She has more than 20 years’ experience in building value-driven marketing programs and product suites in the cardiovascular, critical care and life science markets. She has led multiple corporate rebranding campaigns, product development programs, global revenue growth initiatives, and business diversification, acquisition and rationalization efforts.
Conner holds an undergraduate degree in International Studies from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
