Tony Gil

Tony Gil is a Principal UI Visual Designer at Varian Medical Systems since August 2017, demonstrating substantial experience in user interface design across multiple prominent companies. Prior to Varian, Tony served as Lead Sr. UI Visual Designer at VMware from February 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included collaboration on products with UX teams, styling pattern components, and developing design system guidelines. Tony also held the role of Senior UI Visual Designer at Oracle Inc. from August 2004 to February 2008, focusing on high-fidelity interactive prototypes and UI redesigns. Earlier experience includes a position as UI Visual Designer at Adobe Systems from January 2001 to November 2003, contributing to UI iconography and cross-product feature development. Tony holds a BFA in Illustration Design/Animation from the Academy of Art University, achieved between 1994 and 1998.
