Leah Rommereim is a Ph.D.-trained immunologist with over five years of industry experience in biologics discovery, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Variant Bio since 2023. Previously, Leah held roles as Principal Scientist and Lead Scientist at SEngine Precision Medicine from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on drug discovery and target validation. Leah completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute for Systems Biology from 2015 to 2019 and began their research career as a Summer Undergraduate Researcher at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from 2001 to 2003. Leah earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Dartmouth College in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puget Sound in 2007.
