Michael Schneider

Michael Schneider has an extensive career in journalism and television editing, currently serving as the Executive Editor for TV at Variety since April 2016. Schneider's notable positions include Executive Editor at IndieWire and Chief Content Officer at TV Guide Magazine, as well as various editorial roles at Reed Business Information and Crain Communications. Additionally, Schneider has hosted programs on KCRW and has been involved with Franklin Avenue as an Editor since 2003. Educationally, Schneider holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1995.
