Connie Salmon FCCA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Connie began their career as a Trainee ACCA Accountant at Ballams Chartered Accountants, where they worked on various responsibilities such as audit, statutory accounts preparation, VAT returns, and payroll. After completing their apprenticeship, Connie joined Informa as a Financial Accountant, later advancing to the role of Assistant Accounting Manager and eventually becoming a Group Financial Accountant. Connie then transitioned to Novus as a Financial Controller, where they played a vital role in the disposal plans and business turnaround of the company, leading a team of 5 direct reports. Currently, Connie is the Finance Director at Liaise, a position they have held since July 2020. As Finance Director, they oversee financial due diligence, disposals, and commercial strategies for the company. Connie is responsible for leading a team of 16 members and ensuring tight controls and standardization across the finance function. Starting in 2023, Connie will assume the role of Finance Director at Various Eateries PLC. Overall, Connie Salmon FCCA has demonstrated a strong track record in finance and has experience in various sectors, including hospitality and events management.

Connie Salmon FCCA earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from Kaplan Financial in 2012. Connie also obtained a certification in AAT from AAT in 2007 and is currently holding the ACCA certification from ACCA.
