Joe Paulinski is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at Various Eateries PLC since August 2022, Joe previously held key recruitment roles at JKS Restaurants and D&D London, both as Recruitment Manager. Prior to that, Joe gained valuable experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Change Group and as a Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Story Ltd, where Joe contributed to achieving 2 Michelin Stars. Additional experience includes tenure in the Front of House at Per Se, a 3 Michelin Star restaurant, and as a Manager at Trinity restaurant, recognized with 1 Michelin Star.
