Casey Ahlbum has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, Casey is the Head of Customer Care at Varis since September 2022. Prior to this, Casey worked at Office Depot for over two decades, holding various senior managerial positions such as Senior Manager - Customer Care Training and Process Control, Senior Manager, Customer Relations, B2B & Digital Care, and Senior Manager, Consumer Relations, Loyalty & eCommerce Support. Casey also served as the Manager of Executive Consumer Relations and began their career at Office Depot as a Customer Service Manager. Before joining Office Depot, Casey worked at American International Travel Services/Vacation Escape as a Travel Services Manager for several years.

Casey Ahlbum has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business from Broward College. Apart from this degree, Casey has obtained several additional certifications. In 2006, Casey obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Aveta Business Solutions/S.S.C. In 2015, Casey became an Insurance Agent certified in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities by the State of Florida. Most recently, in December 2021, Casey obtained certification as an Instrument Rated Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
