Paul Shaw has extensive work experience in product and technology roles. Paul is currently the Director of Product & Technology at Varis Inc, where they lead teams in building high-quality solutions for B2B e-commerce marketplaces. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Product & Technology at Office Depot and Sanford Health. Paul also has significant experience at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc, where they served as a Manager of Software Engineering and introduced innovative technologies to support business success. Paul has additional experience as a Release Manager/Senior Software Engineer at Scantron Corporation, a Project Lead at Sony Electronics, and a Technology Lead at Infosys. Paul began their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies.

Paul Shaw completed their education at SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2006 to 2008, earning a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Prior to that, they attended Karunya University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Paul has also obtained certifications in IT Information Library Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2021, as well as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, also obtained in June 2021.
