Adam Puffenberger

Adam Puffenberger has extensive work experience in risk management, compliance, and safety. Adam currently serves as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Varitec Solutions. Prior to this, they held various roles at KATERRA, including Director of HSE Programs, Senior Program Manager, and Compliance Manager. At M Holding Co., they served as the Director of Risk Management and was responsible for developing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety. Adam also worked as the Safety Director and General Counsel at M Holding Co. subsidiaries, where they ensured safety compliance and handled legal disputes. Adam has also worked at Universal Technical Institute as Staff Counsel and Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Administrator. Adam began their professional career as a Legal Intern at the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, where they conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to racing and gaming issues.

Adam Puffenberger's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they earned between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Trinity University from 2003 to 2005, where they focused on Political Science and Government. Adam then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in General Law at Ohio Northern University's Claude W. Pettit College of Law from 2007 to 2010.
