Peter Pang

Peter Pang has held various finance-related roles throughout their career. Peter started at BOE Varitronix Limited in 2009 as a Group Finance Manager and later became a Group Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Peter then joined the Hospital Authority as a Senior Finance Manager in 2017 before returning to BOE Varitronix Limited in 2017 as a Financial Controller (PRC). Peter progressed to become the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary in 2018 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Prior to joining BOE Varitronix Limited, Peter worked at Pegasus China Limited as a Manager from 2002 to 2009.

Peter Pang attended City University of Hong Kong from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accountancy.
