Annaleena Kuronen is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading communications and PR efforts, currently serving as the Global Head of Communications & PR at Varjo since April 2018. Prior roles include Marketing & Communications Lead at Varjo, Chief Marketing Officer at Frank Students, and Head of Marketing Communications at Slush, one of the world's premier startup and technology events. Annaleena also held editorial positions at Ylioppilaslehti Aino and Kylteri, contributing to notable publications in student journalism. Additionally, Annaleena co-authored a bestselling book on Finnish growth entrepreneurship and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, along with an International Baccalaureate from Ressun lukio.
