Paul Oliver

Paul Oliver currently serves as an EQR Inspector at External Quality Review, focusing on game development qualifications in London and the South East. Paul has extensive experience in education, serving as Games Development Programme Leader at Varndean College, where responsibilities include managing and delivering a vocational qualification and teaching A-level Computer Science. Prior to this, Paul held various roles at Dv8 Sussex, overseeing Games Development qualifications and empowering learners for the industry. Additional experience includes roles as a Progress Coach and Learning Mentor at Education Futures Trust, Lead Developer at Team Hyperbeam, and Digital Games Production Lecturer at the University of Brighton. Paul began the career in education at Shane Global Language Centres and has also held technical and retail positions, enhancing a diverse professional background. Paul earned a BA in Global Politics and History from Canterbury Christ Church University.
