Jeff Dwight

Jeff Dwight is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product for Credit Products at Varo Bank since January 2022. Previously, Jeff held various director-level roles at PayPal, including Director of Product for Global Consumer Revolving Credit and Director of Product for Global Credit Product Acquisition and Transaction, achieving significant growth in credit product engagement and acquisition across multiple regions. With a solid foundation in product management and engineering, reinforced by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and two Master’s degrees from Cornell University, Jeff has demonstrated a strong ability to build and scale teams, develop strategic initiatives, and drive product innovation in financial services.
