Terry Lin

Terry Lin serves as the Director of Product Management at Varo Bank since September 2023, previously contributing to product development at Tinder, where innovation in virtual dating was emphasized. Terry also engaged in a fellowship with Climatebase, focusing on climate-related challenges. At Dolby Laboratories, leadership was demonstrated as the product lead for Dolby's inaugural cloud offering, while at Walmart Labs, management of e-commerce catalog processes was prioritized. In earlier roles at Capital One, significant contributions were made to digital banking and fraud prevention, as well as enhancing user experience. Experience at Google included driving growth for the AdWords platform, with involvement in diversity initiatives. Early career experiences included internships at Facebook and Accenture, where process improvements were implemented in management practices. Terry Lin is an alumnus of The Wharton School.
