Arjan Kool

Arjan Kool is an experienced compliance and risk management professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in the financial services and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance Specialist at VARO Energy since April 2023, Arjan also holds the position of Regulatory Compliance Manager at Tax Consultants International BV, focusing on WWFT processes and client validation. As the owner of Kubis Consultancy since May 2018, Arjan provides expert advice in risk and compliance. Previous roles include Senior Compliance Officer for Non-Financial Risk at Bank Mendes Gans and Quality Assurance Specialist at International Card Services, among others. Arjan holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Economics from the University of Amsterdam and completed secondary education at A. Roland Holst College.
