Noa Barak

Noa Barak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer services, training, and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Services & Customer Enablement at Varonis, Noa has previously held roles including Director of CS & Customer Enablement and Director of Training and Development. In addition, Noa is an advisor at a stealth L&D start-up and an executive member of the International LEAP Network. As Co-Founder of WemTech and Director of Global Training at AlgoSec, Noa built a comprehensive customer education organization that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. Noa's career also includes experiences at Applied Materials, where leadership of a certification program was key. Educationally, Noa holds an MBA specializing in Technology Management and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University and a degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
