Jessica Villalobos, ASW has a diverse range of work experience in social work and project management. Jessica is currently working as a Project Manager at Varsity Technologies, where they collaborate with nonprofits and educational institutions to address their technology needs. Jessica works closely with the engineer team and other stakeholders to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects. In their previous role at Aspiranet, Jessica served as a Family and Child Social Worker, conducting assessments and screenings for mental health, facilitating meetings with children and families, and executing behavioral support plans. Prior to that, they worked as a Youth Advocate at First Place for Youth, providing case management, counseling, and life skills training to foster youth. Jessica also has experience as a Project Manager at the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project, a Research Associate at MyPath, and a Consultant at Brady, where they worked on a strategy consulting project in partnership with McKinsey & Company. Jessica has interned at Futures Without Violence and First 5 San Francisco and served as an Interim Senior Program Manager and Education Advocate at First Place for Youth. Jessica began their career in social work as a BAYAC AmeriCorps member.

Jessica Villalobos, ASW has a Master's in Social Welfare with a specialization in Strengthening Organizations and Communities, which they obtained from the University of California, Berkeley from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Intensive Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2010 to 2014. Jessica'seducational journey began at Rio Mesa High School in Oxnard, CA, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jessica is also CPR AED certified, having obtained this certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in September 2014.
