Saurabh Kapoor is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as GM & Cluster HR Head at Varun Beverages Limited since July 2019, Saurabh previously held the position of AGM HR at Sterlite Technologies Limited from April 2017 to June 2019, overseeing HR operations for multiple units and projects. Prior experience includes HR Manager roles at HJ Heinz, where Saurabh led HR for a key business unit and managed Pan India sales operations, as well as senior management positions at Jubilant Life Sciences, Hindustan Unilever, Bausch & Lomb, and Saraya Industries, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Saurabh holds a PG PM & IR in Human Resources from the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology and a B.Com in Management, Law, and Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
