Lynsey Sokol

Lynsey Sokol is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community service and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Family Service Worker at Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. since October 2022, Lynsey has also contributed to the fitness industry as a Zumba Instructor at Vasa Fitness since October 2009 and at Fitness on 7th from June 2016 to January 2020, focusing on promoting wellness and enjoyment in exercise. Previous roles include Claims Processor at Solidity Medical Solutions, LLC from July 2020 to October 2022, and Morning Staff at Anthem House for Telos in early 2020, as well as a Mentor at New Haven Residential Treatment Center from December 2016 to September 2017. Lynsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University, completed in 2020.
