Roger Snow

Roger Snow is a highly experienced consultant and founder at RJS Pharma LLC, specializing in medicinal chemistry, synthetic chemistry, and drug discovery since February 2012. In addition to consulting, Roger serves as an adjunct assistant professor at Vassar College and has previously lectured on Everyday Chemistry at Western Connecticut State University. With extensive corporate experience, Roger held the position of Senior Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals for over two decades, focusing on medicinal chemistry in inflammation and cardiometabolic diseases, and was also a Senior Research Chemist at Merck Sharp & Dohme, concentrating on CNS-related medicinal chemistry. Academic credentials include a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Cambridge and post-doctoral research at Columbia University, among other educational achievements.
