Dustin Smith

Dustin Smith, MBA, FACHE, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in pharmacy services, currently serving as Director of Pharmacy Services at Kindred Healthcare since April 2018. With a robust background in pharmacy management, Dustin has held various leadership roles, including Pharmacy Unit Leader for the TN1 DMAT federal response team and Market Director of Pharmacy for Parkridge Health System. Active in academia, Dustin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, responsible for mentoring third and fourth-year pharmacy students. Additionally, Dustin contributes to the Tennessee Pharmacists Association as a member of the Membership Committee. With extensive experience in clinical pharmacy, emergency response, and medication therapy management, Dustin holds a Pharm.D. from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center and an MBA from the University of Tennessee College of Business.
