Marlene Sanchez

Marlene Sanchez is a seasoned professional in talent solutions and information technology, currently serving as the Talent Solutions Manager at GRUPO VASS since February 2008. In this role, Marlene leads the Talent Solutions department, focusing on the design and execution of global training solutions across Spain and Latin America. Prior to this, Marlene was a Training Consultant at Cibernos, enhancing client portfolios and developing tailored training programs. Additional experience includes volunteer work with the American Red Cross post-September 11, database administration at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, and senior systems analysis at ING. Marlene’s educational background includes specialized training in People Analytics and Agile methodologies, complemented by a degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Universitario Antonio José de Sucre.
