Siddharth Hariharan

Siddharth Hariharan is the Chief Financial Officer at VAST since October 2024, previously serving as Managing Director at Rothschild & Co from May 2017 to September 2024, specializing in M&A, IPOs, and capital raising for mid and large cap companies across various sectors, including e-commerce and luxury goods. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at J.P. Morgan, where Siddharth progressed from Analyst to Executive Director in Consumer/Retail Investment Banking Coverage from 2004 to 2017. Additionally, Siddharth has served on the boards of Mercy For Animals and the Material Innovation Initiative. Siddharth holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, earned from 2000 to 2004.
