Joyce Tang

Joyce Tang has extensive work experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2006 as a Talent Assistant for China star corp. for international economic & technical cooperation. Joyce then moved on to Siemens in 2008, where they held two roles as Business Development Specialist, Building Technologies Division, China, and Executive Assistant to GM, Region South & Southwest, China. In 2012, they joined Owens Corning, where they held four roles, including AP Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager & HR BP for Corporate Functions, Senior AP HR Specialist, COE, and AP HR Specialist, COE. In 2018, they were Talent Attraction Manager at Infineon Technologies, and in 2021, they began working as an HR Business Partner at Vastai Technologies.

Joyce Tang received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Shantou University in 2006, and their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China in 2017.
