Mahadevan Iyer

Mahadevan (Maha) Iyer is the Chief Financial Officer of Vastu Housing Finance. Maha manages the finance and accounts functions as well as financial strategies.

Maha is a seasoned financial services leader with strong expertise in risk management, finance, treasury, strategy, business development, underwriting, capital markets, and new product development. He has worked at GE Capital, Deloitte Consulting and Wells Fargo in India, as well as in the UK, covering European and EMEA roles. He has worked in various roles in healthcare finance, aircraft finance, trade finance, consulting, debt capital markets etc. His last role was as founder and Managing Director of Bondbulls.com, a tech-enabled bond information portal and debt capital markets consulting service for NBFCs and corporates.

Maha holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and is a certified FRM.
