Dr. Saurav Chhabra

Dr. Saurav Chhabra currently serves as Dean of Vatel India at Sushant University since July 2023, and holds the position of Associate Professor at Vatel Business School - Hotel & Tourism Management since December 2019. Previously, Dr. Chhabra was officiating Dean at Vatel India from September 2022 to July 2023 and worked as Assistant Professor at Le Cordon Bleu from February 2015 to December 2019. Dr. Chhabra's earlier roles include Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in hospitality at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, as well as Junior Sous Chef at Hotel Intercontinental New Delhi. Dr. Chhabra earned a PhD in Hospitality Administration/Management from GD Goenka University, an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kurukshetra University, and completed a management training program in Culinary Arts at The Lalit, New Delhi. Furthermore, Dr. Chhabra holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management.
