Magnus Berg

Magnus Berg is an R&D Portfolio Manager at Vattenfall, bringing extensive technical and business experience from various sectors of the energy industry, both nationally and internationally. They previously held roles such as R&D Area Manager at Vattenfall R&D AB, where they led a department of over 70 people, and Managing Director at ChlorOut AB, where they focused on commercializing patented technology for biomass and waste-fired boilers. Magnus has also served as an Adjunct Professor at KTH, specializing in process technology related to thermochemical conversion of solid fuels. Their educational background includes a Tekn. Dr. and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney.
